Accepted Answer

The cost is $120 for a 60 minute session for therapy/counseling. In-person and virtual appointments are available.

Do you accept insurance for therapy?

Yes, I currently work with Arlo, Centivo, Cigna, EAP: Cigna, EAP: Evernorth, Evernorth, GTEB, and Tufts Health/Cigna.

I do not accept insurance for spiritual direction.

What training do you have?

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which involves changing thinking patterns), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which helps those managing very strong emotions), and Narrative therapy (which helps people take control of their stories).
I offer an interpersonal approach and am also a lay (Third Order) Franciscan.
